Join us in a calm and friendly atmosphere. We start each morning with QiGong to get the body's own natural energy flowing again, as it did when we were born, followed by meditation. We continue during the days with Reiki treatments, massages, walks in the nature, good food, but also self reflection, self improvements, meditation techniques and a mix of different lectures and workshops.
